About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the onboarding of new clients to the Aladdin platform
Serve as a key liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and client business teams
Manage data workstreams, including scope definition and requirements gathering
Source and reconcile data from external parties
Leverage tools like Excel and Python for data reconciliations
Monitor and validate production data inputs and outputs
Investigate and resolve complex data issues; perform ad hoc analysis
Educate clients on Aladdin data conventions and workflows
Collaborate with business analysts and developers to improve data quality
Contribute to innovative efforts by prototyping new solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in investment or data technology roles
Strong understanding of investment data and analytics
Working knowledge of fixed income concepts and instruments
Familiarity with market/external data providers
Experience sourcing data from managers, custodians, and clients
Understanding of reference data workflows and conventions
Proficient in Excel; experience with UNIX, PERL/Python, and SQL
Familiarity with AI tools such as LLMs or Agentic frameworks
Proven ability to manage complex data projects
