About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop a strong understanding of the product range, from fund structures to index methodologies, investment theses and client use cases.
  • Support product pipeline prioritization, positioning, and innovation efforts across the factors platform.
  • Serve as a senior representative for the US factors platform in client meetings, deliver presentations at client events, conferences, roadshows, webinars, and internal educational forums.
  • Lead the development of investment insights, competitive comparisons, educational content, and market commentary that increase adoption of factor-based investing.
  • Identify emerging commercial opportunities through analysis of client demand, market trends, industry flows, and competitive dynamics.
  • Develop and execute commercialization strategies that align product, distribution, and marketing priorities.
  • Manage and develop a team with members in NY and SF.
  • Partner across Product Strategy, Product Development, Portfolio Management, Research, Sales, Marketing, and Communications teams to drive strategic commercial projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS degree required
  • MBA, MFE, or CFA preferred
  • Series 7&63 required within 6 months of starting
  • 7-12+ years of relevant industry experience
  • proven client-facing capability required
  • investment management knowledge
  • Experience/expertise with Factor and/or Systematic investing preferred
  • ETF product familiarity and direct industry experience required
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Knowledge and experience of investment systems such as FactSet, Bloomberg and Morningstar preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of self-motivation, with strong integrity and ethics
