About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop a strong understanding of the product range, from fund structures to index methodologies, investment theses and client use cases.
- Support product pipeline prioritization, positioning, and innovation efforts across the factors platform.
- Serve as a senior representative for the US factors platform in client meetings, deliver presentations at client events, conferences, roadshows, webinars, and internal educational forums.
- Lead the development of investment insights, competitive comparisons, educational content, and market commentary that increase adoption of factor-based investing.
- Identify emerging commercial opportunities through analysis of client demand, market trends, industry flows, and competitive dynamics.
- Develop and execute commercialization strategies that align product, distribution, and marketing priorities.
- Manage and develop a team with members in NY and SF.
- Partner across Product Strategy, Product Development, Portfolio Management, Research, Sales, Marketing, and Communications teams to drive strategic commercial projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS degree required
- MBA, MFE, or CFA preferred
- Series 7&63 required within 6 months of starting
- 7-12+ years of relevant industry experience
- proven client-facing capability required
- investment management knowledge
- Experience/expertise with Factor and/or Systematic investing preferred
- ETF product familiarity and direct industry experience required
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Knowledge and experience of investment systems such as FactSet, Bloomberg and Morningstar preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- High level of self-motivation, with strong integrity and ethics
