Key responsibilities & impact

Define and lead the partnership strategy for the US Direct channel
Own senior relationship management across priority platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of relevant experience preferred for candidates with 15+ years of experience
Deep expertise in retail brokerage and self-directed investing ecosystems
Proven ability to build and lead senior client relationships
Established network within the digital wealth ecosystem
Experience structuring and executing complex partnerships
Strong knowledge of investment products and portfolio solutions
Track record of operating effectively across cross-functional teams
Builder mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and elevate talent
Demonstrated use of AI tools with fluency and agility
