About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver an excellent client and sales experience
In close partnership with USWA Market Teams, deliver the MPS value proposition to clients
Articulate market views and insights, provide in depth overviews of investment capabilities and portfolio positioning
Provide thought leadership on asset allocation and portfolio construction
Lead new business engagements and support existing client relationships
Build strong relationships with sales, distribution partners and advisory clients
Work cross-functionally with multiple partner teams
Serve as an extension of Portfolio Managers and Research Analysts
Manage projects to drive growth and scale the business
Support all aspects of the day-to-day operating procedures
Lead new product development initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS required
Advanced Degree / CFA / CAIA / CFP, or progress towards, is strongly preferred
A minimum of 4 years investment or asset management experience
Client facing experience in asset or wealth management
Combination of investment, analytical, technical and client skills
Student of the market with fluid understanding of financial markets, portfolio construction and analysis
Entrepreneurial with a sense of ownership and keen sense to build a business
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process
Collegial attitude and eagerness to partner with numerous teams across MASS and the broader firm
