About the role

  • Deliver an excellent client and sales experience
  • In close partnership with USWA Market Teams, deliver the MPS value proposition to clients
  • Articulate market views and insights, provide in depth overviews of investment capabilities and portfolio positioning
  • Provide thought leadership on asset allocation and portfolio construction
  • Lead new business engagements and support existing client relationships
  • Build strong relationships with sales, distribution partners and advisory clients
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple partner teams
  • Serve as an extension of Portfolio Managers and Research Analysts
  • Manage projects to drive growth and scale the business
  • Support all aspects of the day-to-day operating procedures
  • Lead new product development initiatives

Requirements

  • BA/BS required
  • Advanced Degree / CFA / CAIA / CFP, or progress towards, is strongly preferred
  • A minimum of 4 years investment or asset management experience
  • Client facing experience in asset or wealth management
  • Combination of investment, analytical, technical and client skills
  • Student of the market with fluid understanding of financial markets, portfolio construction and analysis
  • Entrepreneurial with a sense of ownership and keen sense to build a business
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process
  • Collegial attitude and eagerness to partner with numerous teams across MASS and the broader firm
