Vice President, Adoption and Organizational Change Management – Enterprise AI Adoption

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and deliver regional and global AI adoption programs
- Design and deliver tailored training content for diverse employee groups
- Execute change strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory standards
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive adoption
- Align with product stakeholders and communications partners to ensure effective messaging throughout engagements
- Build stakeholder engagement and manage resistance across regions
- Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights
- Ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and cultural alignment throughout execution engagements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in change management, with at least 5 years experience in global financial services
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement experience
- Proven success in enterprise technology or AI transformation initiatives
- Strong technical confidence will support success
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills, including technical training
- Excellent communication skills, relationship-building, and executive presence
- Demonstrated knowledge of common change management methodologies
