Collaborate with various departments across the firm
Track opportunity outcomes and analyze sales trends
Contribute to the evolution of RFP technology, processes, and resources
Leverage AI tools to enhance quality and efficiency in questionnaires
Support critical RFP production functions including Allocation and Review
Develop an understanding of the firm's product offerings and investment capabilities

Requirements

5+ years of experience working on RFPs in the asset management industry
Evidence of success in RFP writing, editing, marketing, project management, technical writing, legal work
Understanding of the institutional investment marketplace
Organized and detail-oriented team player with outstanding time and project management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong integrity and ethics
Proven ability to influence/drive decision-making, and manage through complexity
Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of RFP content management system, experience with Diligence Vault and Responsive is a plus
Bachelor’s degree required
