About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Craft highly customized sales documents for institutional client opportunities
- Provide project management expertise for project teams
- Partner with client coverage and investment professionals to develop compelling sales narratives
- Collaborate with various departments across the firm
- Track opportunity outcomes and analyze sales trends
- Contribute to the evolution of RFP technology, processes, and resources
- Leverage AI tools to enhance quality and efficiency in questionnaires
- Support critical RFP production functions including Allocation and Review
- Develop an understanding of the firm's product offerings and investment capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience working on RFPs in the asset management industry
- Evidence of success in RFP writing, editing, marketing, project management, technical writing, legal work
- Understanding of the institutional investment marketplace
- Organized and detail-oriented team player with outstanding time and project management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong integrity and ethics
- Proven ability to influence/drive decision-making, and manage through complexity
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of RFP content management system, experience with Diligence Vault and Responsive is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
