- 15+ years of combined enterprise leadership and technical experience in Financial Services or Technology
- Proven track record of accomplishment in large, complex organizations

- Excellent analytical and technical skills
- Experience running Agile teams
- Strong intellectual ability and stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding interpersonal characteristics
