Significant experience in game development in a senior engineering leadership role
Managed technical leaders
Comfortable assessing unfamiliar codebases
Experience with both proprietary and commercial engines
Set projects up well from the beginning
Effective at stepping into projects facing emergent technical problems
Strong people builder who enjoys hiring, mentoring, and leveling up technical talent
Excellent communicator with internal teams and external partners
