About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with GTM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial insights, decision support, and strategic recommendations
  • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for GTM investments, including operating expenses, headcount, and growth initiatives
  • Build, maintain, and enhance driver-based financial models for forecasting, investment planning, and business performance analysis
  • Monitor and analyze GTM performance metrics, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends
  • Lead month-end close activities, including accruals, variance analysis, reporting, and business reviews
  • Perform scenario modeling and ad hoc analyses to evaluate business initiatives, resource allocation decisions, and growth strategies
  • Develop executive-ready dashboards, presentations, and reporting packages for monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and reporting enhancements across FP&A
  • Serve as a trusted finance partner to commercial leaders across the GTM organization
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other cross-functional partners to improve business performance and resource allocation
  • Report to the Senior Manager, GTM FP&A

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience, preferably in a SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
  • Experience supporting commercial, go-to-market, sales, marketing, or other customer-facing organizations
  • Strong understanding of GTM performance metrics, including pipeline, bookings, revenue, ROI, customer acquisition costs, productivity, and conversion rates
  • Experience with business intelligence, planning, and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Workday, Oracle Hyperion/EPM, Power BI, Qlik, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence decisions through data-driven analysis
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
