About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design e-commerce listing images, A+ content, and Brand Store pages (Amazon)
Create clear, conversion-focused layouts that communicate benefits quickly
Develop iconography, infographics, and comparison visuals
Ensure all designs meet technical and brand guidelines
Collaborate with Art director and marketers to bring product narratives to life
Iterate designs based on performance insights and feedback
Apply brand guidelines to brand’s extended creative presence
Organize and deliver final assets for upload and testing
Contribute design support to new business pitches, presentations, and cross-agency creative tasks
Help structure workflows, improve design processes, and raise the overall craft level of the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 + years of graphic design experience (eCommerce or performance marketing a plus)
Strong understanding of conversion-focused design principles
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Suite, Teamwork or similar tools
Able to leverage AI tools for creating
Ability to design within tight constraints and fixed formats
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Taking initiative
Growth mentality
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assets/projects
English level proficiency
