About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Close collaboration with hiring managers to define job requirements and optimize the recruiting strategy
Development and implementation of creative active-sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in the construction planning sector
Direct approach to potential candidates via various channels such as LinkedIn, Xing, StepStone & Co.
Building and continuously maintaining a talent pool and actively managing relationships with promising candidates
Identification and use of innovative tools and methods for effective candidate research and outreach
Participation in and organization of networking events, university and career fairs to strengthen the employer brand

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally within a corporate environment or a recruitment consultancy with a focus on technical roles/engineering
Creativity and openness to innovative approaches in talent scouting
Confident use of sourcing tools, the MS Office suite and, ideally, SAP SuccessFactors
High level of initiative, strong communication skills and good interpersonal judgement
Enthusiasm for digital trends such as artificial intelligence in recruiting
Occasional willingness to travel within Germany
