About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians responsible for implementing programs.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Active, in‑good‑standing BCBA certification.
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
