About the role
- Provide Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) services and clinical oversight
- Participate in structured 6-month paid training & onboarding program
- Deliver ABA services in-person or in hybrid settings and coordinate care across states (with licensure)
- Engage in professional development, mentorship, and leadership pathways
- Coordinate licensure (LBA) across states with company support
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Applicants must already hold active BCBA certification; we do not provide training for BCBA certification
- Bilingual (Spanish)
