About the role
- Provide services as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Make a meaningful impact while being supported every step of the way
- Participate in structured 6-month paid training and onboarding program
- Work in-person or in hybrid roles, serving clients across states under company licensure
- Transition from part-time to full-time after 120 days and utilize full-time benefits
- Maintain licensure to work in multiple states (company covers LBA cost)
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Bilingual (Spanish) (implied by job title)
- Applicants must already hold active BCBA certification; training not provided for BCBA certification
