About the role
- Conduct assessments & create behavior plans
- Supervise ABA programs and staff
- Support and train caregivers & RBTs
- Collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs
- Provide clinical supervision and program oversight
- Participate in structured paid training and onboarding
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills
- Growth mindset & cultural responsiveness
- Must already hold active BCBA certification (no BCBA training provided)
