About the role
- Conduct assessments & create behavior plans
- Supervise ABA programs and staff
- Support and train caregivers & RBTs
- Collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs
- Participate in structured training & onboarding to integrate into company practices
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Applicants must already hold active BCBA certification; no BCBA certification training provided
- Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills
- Growth mindset & cultural responsiveness
- Bilingual (Spanish) (role listed as Bilingual (Spanish))
