About the role
- Conduct assessments & create behavior plans
- Supervise ABA programs and staff, including RBTs/technicians
- Support and train caregivers & RBTs
- Collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs
- Work in-person or hybrid across service areas and potentially under company LBA across multiple states
- Participate in structured paid onboarding and training program
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills
- Growth mindset & cultural responsiveness
- Applicants must already hold active BCBA certification; no training for BCBA certification provided
