About the role
- Conduct assessments & create behavior plans
- Supervise ABA programs and staff
- Support and train caregivers & RBTs
- Collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs
- Provide clinical decision-making and program oversight
- Work in-person or hybrid settings across states where licensed
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Applicants must already hold active BCBA certification; no BCBA training provided
- Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills

- Bilingual (Spanish)
