About the role

  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior.
  • Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
  • Foster a positive learning environment and build strong connections with families.
  • Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children with Autism.
  • Spanish-speaking (fluency preferred, conversational required).
  • Willingness to learn, patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
  • Ideal Experience: Education or early childhood development, teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide, childcare, babysitting, after-school programs, or camp counseling, behavioral health, mental health, or social services, ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism, supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one.
