About the role
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior.
- Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
- Foster a positive learning environment and build strong connections with families.
- Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with children with Autism.
- Spanish-speaking (fluency preferred, conversational required).
- Willingness to learn, patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
- Ideal Experience: Education or early childhood development Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide Childcare, babysitting, after-school programs, or camp counseling Behavioral health, mental health, or social services ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
