About the role

  • Take ownership of daily treasury operations, ensuring clear oversight of liquidity across all entities
  • Support the Accounts Payable workflow, from invoice processing to payment execution, in coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to general bookkeeping activities
  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts that support financial planning and decision-making
  • Support period-end treasury reporting and contribute to dashboards and insights for senior leadership
  • Shape and maintain a structured treasury framework that strengthens governance, consistency, and operational efficiency
  • Serve as a key contact for banking-related matters and contribute to global treasury initiatives in relevant projects
  • Collaborate across Finance to enhance working capital discipline and drive process improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
  • 3–5 years of hands-on treasury experience, ideally within an international or multi-entity organization
  • Strong understanding of cash flow mechanics, liquidity planning, working capital, and financial statements
  • Practical experience in cash forecasting, cash positioning, and treasury reporting
  • Comfortable managing or learning AP processes as part of a broader operational finance role
  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience in ERP environments (Finance Force / Certinia)
  • Analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and strong numerical discipline
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with PE reporting cadence
