Lead architecture and design of enterprise-scale software solutions
Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications
Provide technical leadership and guidance to Agile development teams
Develop secure, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions
Architect and implement Microservices-based applications and distributed systems
Design and develop RESTful APIs and modern application integrations
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps best practices
Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

18–20+ years of experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Software Engineer
U.S. Citizen; no dual citizenship
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
Experience supporting government, public sector, or large enterprise environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience leading Agile development teams and enterprise software delivery initiatives
Strong hands-on experience with Python, Java, React.js, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps, Git, and GitHub
Practical experience using approved AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar enterprise-approved tools
AI-assisted development experience must be clearly demonstrated in the candidate’s resume
Experience using AI tools throughout the SDLC
Strong experience designing cloud-native enterprise applications
Extensive AWS architecture and development experience
Deep understanding of Microservices patterns and distributed systems
Experience with scalable API design and implementation
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies
Experience implementing CI/CD automation and Infrastructure as Code
Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices
Ability to work independently and manage complex technical challenges
