• Oversee financial monitoring and delivery posting for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases
• Prepare detailed financial reports and briefings for Program Management Reviews (PMR), Financial Management Reviews (FMR), and other meetings to support Case Managers
• Regularly report on financial status of FMS cases including obligated, expended, and available funds; provide insight and forecasts
• Analyze FMS financial transactions to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, guidelines, and contract requirements
• Develop and refine financial policies and procedures to improve accuracy and compliance within FMS financial reporting and tracking processes
• Provide recommendations for policy updates to enhance financial oversight and regulatory alignment
• Collaborate with Case Managers and cross-functional teams on program management, policy development, and financial process enablement
