About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run and elevate sprint ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews, retros)
- Drive clear, reliable sprint commitments using strong estimation practices
- Track sprint health (velocity, carryover, backlog quality, DoD)
- Identify and unblock issues quickly, escalate when needed
- Coach teams on Agile in a practical, non-dogmatic way
- Partner with Product to ensure backlog readiness (without owning prioritization)
- Maintain clean, structured data in ClickUp
- Track cross-squad dependencies and flag risks early
- Support executive reporting and delivery visibility
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in Agile delivery roles (Program Manager, Scrum Master, etc.)
- Advanced, fluent english (C1-C2)
- Experience running multiple squads at once
- Strong understanding of sprint metrics and estimation
- Solid with tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Asana
- Clear communicator across technical and business audiences
- Highly organized, able to juggle multiple workstreams
- Nice to have: PMP, CSM, squad/tribe model experience, ClickUp expertise
