Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field;
Proven experience in technical leadership and managing engineering teams;
Strong System Design skills to help the team develop new solutions;
Ability to define and monitor OKRs and KPIs, ensuring alignment between engineering and business strategy;
Experience with performance evaluations, structured feedback and career development;
Strong technical background in software architecture, ensuring quality and efficiency of deliveries;
Solid knowledge of React Native with Expo and APIs in .NET;
Experience with modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD, pipelines and monitoring;
Skills in coaching and mentoring to support engineers' technical and professional growth;
Prior experience in payment infrastructure, fintechs or banking services (preferred).
