Requirements
- Founding data mindset: comfortable operating with autonomy in an environment where not everything is set up yet
- Business-first thinking: translate business problems into concrete analysis
- Strong communication: explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Analytical rigor: know the difference between correlation and causation
- Full-stack analyst: comfortable with raw database tables to final dashboard presentation
- Fluent English (French is a bonus)
