About the role
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top engineers, designers, and tech leads
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles
- Actively search across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Slack/Discord communities, local networks)
- Network in person throughout Mexico
- Screen candidates for both technical alignment and communication skills
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align priorities and timelines
- Track weekly progress and adapt strategies to meet hiring goals
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Have experience working with U.S.-based companies
- Know the Mexican tech market and compensation trends
- Are fluent in English
