About the role
- Own and maintain the Bitfly Design System to support product teams
- Design and refine UI components that are reusable, accessible, and visually cohesive
- Collaborate closely with front-end engineers to ensure smooth design handoff and pixel-perfect implementation
- Work with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure seamless integration of the design system
- Advocate for design consistency and best practices across teams
- Contribute to the evolution of Bitfly’s design language and brand identity
- Help shape the visual language and interaction foundations for the beaconcha.in blockchain explorer platform
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI Designer
- A strong portfolio showing design systems work, component libraries, or complex UIs
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and UI tooling
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams, especially with engineers
- Passion for scalable, maintainable design
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
- Must be based in Austria (only accepting candidates based in Austria)
