About the role

  • Coordinate full lifecycle of office/staff hostel renovation projects and ensure timely execution.
  • Liaise with contractors, designers, architects, and IT providers; monitor timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Manage vendor contracts, quotations, procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Work with leadership to align design with brand, team needs, and functional goals.
  • Organize logistics for relocation, including packing, IT setup, and staff communication.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations: office supplies, vendor management, upkeep, and office budgets.
  • Serve as main point of contact for internal teams and external partners for office-related matters.
  • Develop and implement office procedures and policies to support operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate team events, travel arrangements, internal communications, and provide administrative support to management.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems and oversee document control; perform ad hoc duties.

Requirements

  • Experience in office administration and project coordination or management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with renovation or relocation projects (strong advantage).
  • Experience managing vendor contracts, quotations, and procurement.
  • Ability to organize relocation logistics including packing, IT setup, and staff communication.
