About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and actively participate in commercial roofing projects from start to finish
Lead crews in the field ensuring installation techniques are followed
Perform roof inspections and assist with project scoping
Plan and manage assigned projects from start to completion
Coordinate materials, equipment, and supply runs
Monitor job progress to ensure timelines and budgets are met
Complete required project documentation and reporting
Serve as the primary field contact for customers during project execution
Enforce all company and OSHA safety standards
Conduct daily safety checks and jobsite inspections

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 to 3 years of experience in construction, roofing, or a skilled trade
Minimum of 1 year of leadership or crew supervision experience
Roofing or commercial coating experience preferred but not required
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage people and projects simultaneously
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to pass background and driving record checks if required
