Flat Roofing Team Member
BISONRoofing Crew Member responsible for assisting in the installation and maintenance of roofing sealant systems. Working in teams under supervision to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing sealant systems
- Work as part of a team under the direction of a Working Project Manager or Foreman
- Assist with installation of roofing sealant and coating systems
- Prepare roof surfaces by cleaning, drying, and setting up materials
- Apply coatings and sealants according to company and manufacturer standards
- Handle tools, equipment, and materials safely and correctly
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance as directed
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Follow daily work plans and instructions from supervisors
- Assist with setup and breakdown of job sites
- Follow all company and OSHA safety policies
- Wear required personal protective equipment at all times
- Report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately
- Perform work with attention to detail and quality
- Communicate jobsite issues or concerns to leadership
- Represent EverSeal Roofing professionally on every jobsite
Requirements
What you’ll need- Construction, roofing, or trade experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn roofing sealant systems and jobsite procedures
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Valid driver’s license preferred
