About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with production and creative teams to translate concepts into executable production plans
- Support the full production lifecycle from planning through execution and post-event wrap-up
- Own assigned production workstreams, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
- Coordinate production vendors, technical directors, audiovisual partners, fabricators, entertainment partners, freelancers, and crew
- Support staging, lighting, audiovisual, scenic, digital, entertainment, and experiential elements
- Research and coordinate speakers, entertainment, vendors, and other production resources
- Develop and maintain production documentation, schedules, trackers, specifications, and run-of-show materials
- Participate in client meetings, production calls, site visits, and presentations
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned production workstreams and vendors
- Communicate updates, needs, risks, and next steps clearly and proactively
- Support event production budgets, estimates, scopes, vendor bids, cost comparisons, negotiations, and contracting
- Track orders, invoices, and expenses against approved budgets and support financial closeout
- Coordinate production logistics, including venue requirements, crew schedules, travel, shipping, talent needs, load-in/load-out, rehearsals, and technical production
- Support site inspections, rehearsals, show flow, and on-site production execution
- Serve as the on-site lead at times for assigned production areas, vendors, or event elements
- Anticipate production needs and potential challenges, escalate risks, and help develop practical solutions
- Support safety, contingency planning, and production quality control
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in corporate events, live event production, experiential marketing, or related production environments
- Experience supporting conferences, meetings, brand experiences, activations, or other live events
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Working knowledge of live event production, including audiovisual, staging, lighting, scenic, and show flow
- Experience coordinating vendors, production partners, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm, resourceful, and solutions-oriented in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of assigned workstreams and follow projects through to completion
- Preferred: Experience in an event or creative agency environment
- Preferred: Experience working on large-scale corporate events or programs
- Preferred: Exposure to entertainment, speaker management, content production, or technical production
- Preferred: Experience working with national or global corporate clients
