About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Client onboarding & maintenance: administering client take‑on procedures, ensuring all forms, letters, and compliance checks (including AML) are completed accurately and on time.
  • Workflow coordination: liaising with client delivery teams to ensure work is scheduled effectively and delivered promptly.
  • Data stewardship: maintaining accurate records across Workday and other systems, ensuring information is always up‑to‑date and reliable.
  • Continuous improvement: spotting opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the service we provide.
  • Case management: managing and progressing requests through the case management system.
  • Project support: contributing to process reviews, integrations and documentation updates.
  • Workday platform support: assisting with administrative tasks to maintain platform effectiveness.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Administration experience in a similar role, ideally within professional services.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload, prioritise effectively, and work independently when needed.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems and technology.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high quality data.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidentiality awareness and a solid understanding of data protection requirements.
  • A team player who also enjoys working independently and taking ownership.
  • Curious, proactive, and improvement minded, always looking for ways to enhance processes and service delivery.
  • Experience with Workday or similar systems is desirable.
