About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operate the system day to day and keep it reliable
Own configuration: forms, fields, workflows, and roles and permissions
Maintain integration reliability with webstore and 3PLs
Build saved searches, reports, and data pulls for Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations
Provide second-line support for the teams using the system
Partner with Finance to make monthly close faster and more predictable
Manage release and change for NetSuite’s upgrades
Support audit and controls requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Substantial hands-on experience administering and operating Oracle NetSuite or a comparable ERP
A working grasp of the functional domains: finance and close, inventory and supply chain, order-to-cash, and subscription/software revenue
Experience with ERP integrations and troubleshooting sync issues, including hands-on SuiteScript, RESTlets, SuiteFlow
Experience with NetSuite OneWorld in a multi-subsidiary, multi-currency environment
Confidence turning business questions into saved searches, reports, and clean data pulls
A methodical, documentation-first way of working
Fluent working English
