About the role

  • Act as a liaison between the team and internal departments, in particular Risk & Compliance, Marketing, and Accounting.
  • Correspond and communicate in German and English with international clients, authorities, and courts.
  • General calendar coordination and travel management for attorneys.
  • Billing and preparation of cost overviews.
  • Management and maintenance of physical and electronic files and original contracts.
  • Drafting and formatting of briefs, opinions, contracts, and pitch materials.

Requirements

  • Qualification as a foreign language correspondent, European secretary, or similar vocational/commercial training, or a completed (university) degree.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in an international environment.
  • Familiarity with common MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills, a structured way of working, and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
