Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science degree and/or Master of Science in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of substantial patent prosecution experience as a licensed patent attorney/patent agent at a U.S. law firm or in-house in the technical field of semiconductor manufacturing, telecommunication, digital/analog signal processing, artificial intelligence, software, and/or circuit design, etc.
- Registration to practice before the USPTO
- Strong technical writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Fluency in Taiwanese Mandarin and extensive knowledge of Taiwan business culture strongly preferred.
