  • 4+ years in a Microsoft cloud-first environment (Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft 365)
  • 2+ years leading or managing others
  • Strong hands-on Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Production Azure administration
  • Endpoint management across Windows and macOS
  • Hands-on security tooling ownership
  • Zero-trust access or VPN administration
  • VoIP or unified communications administration
