About the role
- Analyze and optimize sales processes;
- Gather requirements from business areas;
- Respond to and resolve tickets related to commercial and sales systems;
- Identify and fix issues;
- Document processes and support users, acting as a bridge between the business and technical teams;
- Other related activities.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
- Experience with sales processes and support for commercial systems.
- Experience in requirements analysis, functional support and documentation.
- Knowledge of data analysis (advanced Excel, ETL, BI tools, SQL or similar tools).
- Analytical skills, strong communication and problem-solving focus.
- Preferred: Knowledge of the SD (Sales & Distribution) module — preferably in SAP S/4HANA, but not required.
- Experience with other ERPs or sales, billing and commercial management systems.
- Experience with system integrations.
- Experience with CRM.
- Experience with Qlik or Power BI platforms.
