About the role
- Work with the Surgery product line – surgical sealants and hemostatic agents
- Plan, execute and evaluate weekly customer visits and trainings aimed at promoting technologies, addressing existing demands and generating new demand to meet Biomig’s objectives
- Assist the sales representative in demonstrations of medical-hospital products to highlight the benefits these technologies bring to customers’ processes
- Train client teams on proper handling and preservation of products
- Conduct equipment training and qualification at customer sites, following all processes established in Biomig’s procedural manual
- Monitor equipment in use, verify adequate productivity and request preventive or corrective maintenance or replacement when necessary
- Use and perform proficiently with commercial platforms, materials and equipment; ensure proper use and preservation of supporting materials and equipment and be accountable to Biomig’s management
- Plan and coordinate training and product promotion activities through catalogs, e-mails, visits and other channels, maintaining an effective technical relationship with customers
- Develop knowledge of the evolution of existing and new products and technical practices to increase service quality and efficiency and, consequently, business results
- Be attentive to opportunities and report them to the sales representative or regional manager for follow-up
- Update the Biomig Productivity Portal, spreadsheets and/or requested reports with daily visits and maintain contact records (physicians, pharmacists, nurses, purchasers and others) as well as other data requested by the company
- Attend/observe surgeries
- Provide product usage training, especially at the beginning of technology implementation
- Clarify user questions
- Visit medical offices
- Visit physicians in hospital operating rooms
- Identify and generate demand for product use during post-sales
- Accompany physicians across specialties that perform surgeries with a high risk of bleeding (cardiovascular, orthopedics, spine, neurosurgery, urology, general surgery)
Requirements
- Experience with surgical instrumentation or working in an operating room
- Qualification in Nursing and/or Surgical Instrumentation
- Availability to travel
- Own vehicle
- Minimum of 1 year holding a valid driver’s license
- Reside in Maringá or the surrounding region
