About the role
- Responsible for ensuring safe practices of pharmacy operations
- Monitor drug therapies for patients
- Advise on interventions as needed
- Collaborate with other internal and external departments as needed
- Provide patient medication counseling
Requirements
- BS or Doctorate of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy required
- Current, unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in the state noted in posting required
- Strong knowledge and understanding of specialty therapies
- Experience in providing customer service to internal and external customers
- Basic level skill in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
