About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Physical receipt of Purchase Orders and processing electronically into Dynamics
Organization of inventory and non-inventory items in the warehouses to comply with related procedures
Restocking of Finished Good shelves with received product or product from the overstock area
Inventory transfers, including Marketing Literature, Manufacturing Supplies and manufacturer-labeled distributed Finished Goods items
Stage and receive shipments of Manufacturing Orders to outside processors
Maintain records for Data/temperature Loggers in the warehouses
Execution of Cycle Counts for Home Office
Inter-building transport of materials, as needed
Back-up for all duties performed by the Materials Control Coordinator, II

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma Required
One year experience with increasing responsibilities in inventory control and/or warehouse related function preferred
Attention to detail with excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Excel desired
