About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the logistics relationship with our suppliers
- Negotiate all logistics terms and conditions with suppliers
- Manage primary and secondary suppliers according to a standardized handling process
- Audit, diagnose, and challenge supplier practices
- Develop and drive the Supply Chain roadmap with strategic suppliers
- Design and deploy a structured incident escalation process from stores
- Build a centralized supplier repository and ensure its continuous maintenance
- Define monitoring indicators (KPIs) as well as minimum performance thresholds per supplier
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement or a Business School degree with a specialization in flow management
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in supply chain, logistics or procurement, ideally in a multi-site retail environment
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (notably Sheets) and Excel
- Proven ability to design complex standardized models (clusters, typologies)
- Demonstrated experience in supplier negotiation is required
- Strong analytical rigor, high autonomy and the ability to work closely with an external consulting firm
