Key responsibilities & impact

Gather recruitment needs from our operational managers
Post job openings on our applicant tracking system (ATS) and on job boards
Screen CVs and conduct phone or video interviews to preselect the most motivated candidates
Actively participate in group recruitment sessions
Follow up on applications in direct coordination with field managers
Update HR dashboards to accurately monitor recruitment activity
Source relevant profiles from various CV databases and networks
Propose tailored recruitment solutions for each local need
Represent the values and image of our brands to all candidates

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are completing a BTS, Bachelor's or Licence program (Bac +2/+3) with a specialization in Human Resources
You have a genuine interest in recruitment and a taste for challenge
Energetic and friendly, you are very comfortable on the phone and in interpersonal interactions
Organized and detail-oriented, you can manage multiple files simultaneously and effectively
Your team spirit and willingness to learn will be your strongest assets for success with us
