About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure processing, integration and verification of invoices and credit notes via Zeendoc
Enter invoices and perform analytical allocation of overhead expenses
Track disputes and obtain the necessary approvals for payment authorization
Prepare payment proposals for reconciled invoices
Perform accounts payable review (analysis, controls and reconciliation)
Actively participate in monthly closing processes, completing tasks within 3 days after month-end (D+3)
Use SAP daily for all accounting operations
Manage daily relationships with our suppliers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a two-year post‑secondary diploma (BTS) in Accounting or equivalent
Highly rigorous with a keen eye for detail
Enjoy precise, detail-oriented work
Comfortable working with numerical data
Well organized
Motivated to master management/accounting systems (SAP) and Excel
Team player
