About the role
- Plan and execute the annual institutional marketing plan, aligned with brand strategy and corporate objectives.
- Develop, coordinate and monitor institutional campaigns (online and offline), ensuring adherence to the brand's visual identity and tone of voice.
- Manage and strengthen the company's institutional image with clients, employees, partners, the press and the broader community.
- Produce and/or coordinate production of institutional content (corporate presentations, brochures, reports, videos, press releases, executive speeches, etc.).
- Support reputation management and the brand's presence on digital channels (corporate website, LinkedIn, corporate social media), in partnership with other marketing/communications teams.
- Work together with Internal Marketing (employee engagement), HR and Internal Communications on culture, climate, recognition, diversity, internal events and key calendar dates.
- Support relations with the press, communication consultancies, agencies and vendors, when applicable.
- Monitor brand perception and analyze metrics (engagement, reach, reputation, image surveys, etc.), proposing continuous improvements.
- Ensure branding consistency across all institutional touchpoints (materials, events, speeches, presentations, environments, etc.).
- Support the organization and promotion of corporate, institutional and stakeholder events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration or related fields.
- Previous experience in institutional marketing, branding, corporate communications or related areas.
- Knowledge of communication/marketing planning and management of institutional campaigns.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt language for different audiences (internal, executive, media, partners).
