Requirements

What you’ll need

German language skills at C1–C2 level
Good English skills for daily work
Background in Customer Experience or customer service (ideally in Germany or Austria)
Passion for cycling or experience in related areas (bike insurance, outdoor industry, bike leasing) is a plus
Strong empathy and the ability to communicate confidently via email, chat and phone
Comfortable using common software tools
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
