Customer Experience Agent – German speaking

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting our partners and their customers with first-line support
- Guiding partners through onboarding and developing long-term partnerships
- Resolving issues related to policies, claims and account management
- Optimizing processes and improving the partner experience
- Monitoring partnership performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- German language skills at C1–C2 level
- Good English skills for daily work
- Background in Customer Experience or customer service (ideally in Germany or Austria)
- Passion for cycling or experience in related areas (bike insurance, outdoor industry, bike leasing) is a plus
- Strong empathy and the ability to communicate confidently via email, chat and phone
- Comfortable using common software tools
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
