Requirements

What you’ll need
  • German language skills at C1–C2 level
  • Good English skills for daily work
  • Background in Customer Experience or customer service (ideally in Germany or Austria)
  • Passion for cycling or experience in related areas (bike insurance, outdoor industry, bike leasing) is a plus
  • Strong empathy and the ability to communicate confidently via email, chat and phone
  • Comfortable using common software tools
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
