About the role
- Lead the development of brand marketing campaigns that resonate with different cycling communities across regions
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Manage Bikmo’s organic social media presence across multiple regions
- Support the performance team with content and campaign copy
- Identify, manage and nurture Bikmo’s sponsorship activities (e.g., podcasts, athletes, influencers)
- Lead Bikmo’s global ambassador and affiliate program to strengthen Bikmo’s presence on social media
- Identify and pursue opportunities for brand innovation, including new sponsorship activities or campaigns
- Monitor industry trends and consumer insights to ensure the brand remains relevant and compelling
- Take ownership of Bikmo’s PR, including drafting and issuing press releases when required
- Work with a defined marketing budget to maximise Bikmo’s growth and awareness
- Report on marketing effectiveness and work towards established KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar marketing role
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial – you are committed to getting things done and can be resourceful in your approach
- Confident working with a range of stakeholders, including the executive team, external industry partners and the wider cycling community
- Enjoy collaborating – as part of the role you will work closely with the marketing team and external creatives
- Passion for cycling and knowledge of different cycling communities
- Willingness to travel and occasional weekend work due to events
- Experience in the insurance industry
