About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support quotation activities and service solutions for port equipment around the world
- Work closely with engineers, procurement specialists, project managers and sales teams to prepare quotations, cost calculations and delivery scopes for customer projects
- Gather and analyze technical and commercial information from different stakeholders and systems
- Prepare cost calculations, support RFQ processes and ensure that quotations are delivered according to internal processes
- Contribute to improving quotation quality by comparing estimated costs with actual project outcomes and supporting continuous development of the offering process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant educational background in industrial Engineering, such as Automation or Software Engineering
- Proficient in IT tools, including MS Office
- Previous experience with SAP, Salesforce, or Teamcenter is considered an asset
- Basic understanding of automation systems, industrial communication networks or PLC environments is highly valued
- Must be fluent in English.
