About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Direct the pre-launch, launch, and lifecycle medical strategy for oncology pipeline.
  • Bridge different cross functional teams for successful therapeutic adoption.
  • Oversee medical education, data generation, and external collaborations to maximize patient impact.
  • Co-develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term pre- and peri launch medical plan.
  • Translate medical strategy into actionable regional/local launch tactics.
  • Lead operationalization of the Medical Launch Readiness Framework.
  • Map, establish, and maintain trusted relationships with Tier-1 Oncology Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced degree required: PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent in a relevant life sciences discipline.
  • 12+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, with at least 5+ years supporting oncology product launches and lifecycle management
  • Deep therapeutic knowledge and proven ability to influence without authority, manage budgets and lead cross functional matrix teams
  • Exceptional verbal and written scientific communication skills with ability to distill complex clinical data into digestible strategies.
  • Experience at a biotech company navigating first or second product launch.
  • Exposure to HEOR, RWE, or registry evidence generation in a field setting.
