Direct the pre-launch, launch, and lifecycle medical strategy for oncology pipeline.

Co-develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term pre- and peri launch medical plan.
Translate medical strategy into actionable regional/local launch tactics.
Lead operationalization of the Medical Launch Readiness Framework.
Map, establish, and maintain trusted relationships with Tier-1 Oncology Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced degree required: PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent in a relevant life sciences discipline.
12+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, with at least 5+ years supporting oncology product launches and lifecycle management
Deep therapeutic knowledge and proven ability to influence without authority, manage budgets and lead cross functional matrix teams
Exceptional verbal and written scientific communication skills with ability to distill complex clinical data into digestible strategies.
Experience at a biotech company navigating first or second product launch.
Exposure to HEOR, RWE, or registry evidence generation in a field setting.
