About the role
- You coordinate appointments, prepare them and maintain contact with our clients
- You create quotes and orders and review the corresponding documents
- You participate in tenders and ensure the formal and timely submission of proposals
- You manage our sales processes using our CRM and keep it up to date
- You gather feedback from our customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- You have a commercial vocational qualification (e.g., office management clerk) or a degree in business administration or a related field
- You already have experience in inside sales or sales support
- You have strong Office skills—Excel and PowerPoint in particular are no problem for you
- You are communicative, speak fluent German and can communicate well in English
